  Advantages:

  They were very friendly and accommodating atfirst, but then herealized hewas inover his head.

  Disadvantages:

  Everything. This place isterrible.

  Comment:

  When Ineeded some repair for aterrible tat Ihad gotten elsewhere, Zay came recommended. Hetalked agood game and seemed tohave aplan for making the tat look good, but things when downhill quickly.

  His technique was sloppy, resulting inmultiple deep wounds that took 6—7weeks toheal before Icould doanother session. The second session heseemed confused and was clearly going over previous work, resulting ina 15minute session. This session also had multiple deep wounds that again took nearly 2months toheal.

  When Icalled for a3rd session henever picked upand never returned myphone messages, text messages oremails. Hedoesn't keep regular hours sofinding him atwork ish*t and miss atbest.

  TLDR: herealized hewas inover his head and didn't have the talent tofinish, sohe ghosted meinstead ofcoming tome like aman..

  Lovedit. Both Zay and the gentleman atthe front desk were very accommodating for meas Igot myfirst septum piercing. They were awesome tochat with and very chill, Iwill definitely begoing back again for further piercings.

  super cool dudes. safe and Zay both are amazing. from call service topiercing every part was great. had alittle bit ofdoubt getting itdone but they ensured the signing paper would take longer than the piercing itself, which was true the piercing took literally 4seconds then done! fantastic people definitely recommend piercings done here!

  I needed toget apiece ofjewelry that was lost atthe beach. Icalled them upand the store was closed but the manager that answered was extremely helpful. Hecame back tothe store and opened upso wecould get what weneeded. Extremely thankful for them going out oftheir way and above and beyond tohelp out inthe situation.

  Zay isamazing! This was the most comfortable tattoo experience Ihavehad, almost fell asleep during the tattoo itself. Hewas super flexible and friendly. Super fast with great attention todetail and was able toput together exactly what Iwanted. Healso pierced mydaughter's ears and itwas soclean and fast. Will begoing back for some more work.

  I had gotten myseptum piercing done at2other piercing shops inLongview, both times they weren't placed inthe correct location soit ended upbeing very uncomfortable towear. FINALLY after coming here itwas done correctly! Itlooks and most importantly feels amazing!
  Also the gentleman atthe front was sokind and friendly.

  My first expirience was super good, but after mysecond experience Icouldn't get into get mypiercing looked ator get into get more cleaning solution they were never open, even when Ispoke with employees and arranged for the piercer tobe there tosee me(zay) hewas not there soI showed upfor nothing. Iwill probably not goback and just gosomewhere else for mycare and further piercings and tattoos.

  The atmosphere here was amazing. And Zay ishands down one ofthe nicest people I’vemet. The tattoo Igot here looks amazing and didn’t hurt atall. Will definitely make this aregular spot.
